SERVICE:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss, resulting from:

PRICES:
The prices along with the services will be based upon consultation for certain services. Pricing can change based on our discretion at any time we deem necessary.
We may temporarily adjust our fees in a few instances, such as for promotions /discounts or for new services, and these changes will be made effective when the promotion or new service is posted on the website.
REFUNDS:
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon any purchasing from softechireland.ie.
The customer though may at any time cancel their order before payment has been processed. You agree and understand that we do not guarantee to accept each request for a refund shall be accepted. Each request shall be evaluated and we shall be authorize to accept or reject each refund request.

ACCOUNT DETAILS:
